Excellent! Love the communications and heads up on everything. James was so helpful and professional. So I would give our technician a TEN! Answered all my questions since this is our first treatment. He was very positive that TruGreen could get our yard up to speed, and keep it that way. Very pleased with this beginning.

Lawn care specialist is always very friendly
I had some bad problems with my grass that I couldn't seems to get a handle on. I spent a lot of money trying to do it myself to no avail. Tru Green fixed my ugly lawn and now it looks beautiful. Lawn care specialist is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy

Great experience, knowing the day before they show via text and the proof they leave that they were there is a good feeling. The product use really works as I had my doubts before signing up. Glad to be a client and will continue as well.

The service representative
The service representative phoned to let me know he was on his way to my home. He answered my questions in a respectable manner. I would recommend TruGreen services to anyone interested in a greener lawn.

TruGreen has done amazing
TruGreen has done amazing service on our lawn for many years. The technician has always taken the time to answer any questions I've had and fully explained what he's doing. The reason I've given 4 stars is because recently I've been bombarded with phone calls about adding to my service, even though I've told them no. If would give them 5 stars for the lawn service alone.

They always call ahead
They always call ahead and come on time unless the weather is very bad. They were very courteous and friendly. They always make sure the gate is closed after they leave.
