Hafsa Ishaq, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant in the Hematology/Oncology department at Kelsey-Seybold's Berthelsen Main Campus. She received her Master of Health Science degree upon completing the physician associate program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City in 2019. She joined the Kelsey-Seybold Hematology/Oncology department in 2021. Hafsa’s younger brother was diagnosed with acute leukemia when they were kids, and because of this she wanted to become an oncologist. In her free time, Hafsa enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
