A breastlift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. The procedure can also reduce the size of the areola (the darker skin surrounding the nipple). Breast implants inserted in conjunction with a mastopexy procedure can increase both firmness and size. -- Breast Reduction (Reduction Mammaplasty) – Breast reduction is a procedure that can reduce the weight and size of breasts and is usually done for medical reasons rather than cosmetic purposes. Face Lift – Time, gravity, and years of exposure to the elements conspire to bring about the inevitable signs of aging in facial skin. As we age, the skin loosens, thins and sags on the face and neck. Crow’s feet appear at the corners of the eyes. Folds by the upper and lower lip, or marionette lines develop. The jawline softens into jowls. The neck skin and muscle loosen, a wattle or double chin may form. As the platysmal muscle relaxes, vertical folds appear on the front of the neck. Fortunately, there are a number of effective cosmetic enhancement procedures that can effectively rejuvenate the areas surrounding the eyes and give you a more rested and youthful appearance. Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is designed to remove excess skin and fat from the upper and lower eyelids. The procedure can correct drooping upper lids that tend to sag with time and the puffy bags below the eyes. Blepharoplasty can be done as a single procedure, or in conjunction with other facial surgery such as a facelift or a brow lift. -- Nose Reshaping (Rhinoplasty) – Surgery to reshape the nose, is among the most common plastic surgery procedures. This procedure can reduce or increase the size of the nose, remove an unwanted hump, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the width of the nostrils, or change the angle between the nose and the upper lip. The procedure restores an improved balance between the nose and other facial features. We take great care to achieve a natural result and to avoid the “surgical” look. -- Neck Lift – Whether your neck is affected by age, your genes, the pull of gravity or the harsh effects of the sun and wind, neck lift surgery (platysmaplasty) or other neck contouring and rejuvenation procedures (neck liposuction, SmartLipo) may be options. A neck lift removes excess sagging skin under your jawline and on your neck. For those with vertical bands, cords, or wrinkles, the neck lift may involve adjusting and tightening the platysma muscle (platysmaplasty). If the platysma muscle has begun to separate and sag, the platymsaplasty will create a well defined jaw neck line or cervicomental angle. If needed, the neck lift can include the removal or contouring of excess fatty tissue, some of which may be located below your platysma muscle. -- Ear Pinning (Otoplasty) – Otoplasty, or ear surgery, is a plastic surgery technique designed to reduce the prominence of the ears and bring them closer to the head and Dr. Jaffer can perform ear surgery right here in Sugar Land and the Houston areas, and help you improve the appearance of your ears. -- Headache Surgery – These new microsurgical techniques have the potential to reduce or eliminate migraine attacks for many patients who do not respond to other treatments. • Body Procedures

  We offer procedures of the body, including liposuction, tummy tuck, arm lift, body lift, thigh lift, butt lift and vaginal rejuvenation. -- Lipoplasty / Suction Lipectomy – Some individuals have areas where there are collections of excessive fatty tissue. Sometimes these problem areas can be corrected with diet and exercise, but some cannot. Genetics plays a significant role, as people will have a tendency to inherit areas where they collect fat. Sometimes they are just unable to lose the fat in those genetically predisposed places. Liposuction is a procedure that can remove these unwanted fat pockets, and Dr. Jaffer is dedicated to using his artistic skill and surgical ability to perform liposuction in a way that emphasizes results and safety. -- Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) – Generally referred to as a “tummy tuck”, abdominoplasty removes excess fat and skin from the abdomen. 
The improvement in contour can be quite dramatic, with better-fitting clothes, even getting back in a bathing suit when you never thought you would, and greatly improved self-esteem. -- Body Lift (Massive Weight Loss) – A “lifting” of the entire trunk (abdomen, flanks, and back) and sometimes of the buttocks and thighs, is sometimes needed, especially after large amounts of weight loss. Excessive skin and loose tissues are removed, and the contour is improved by “lifting and tightening” in a circumferential fashion. -- Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) – Brachioplasty is surgically re-contouring the arms. The procedure is usually performed under general anesthesia. Excessive skin is removed, sometimes in conjunction with a liposuction procedure to remove fat from the arms. For removal of large amounts of skin, an incision is required that runs from near the elbow to the armpit. The incision is placed in the most inconspicuous location (inner arm toward the back), but some scarring may always be visible. More moderate skin removal is sometimes possible with a smaller incision which is limited to the armpit area to try to keep the scar better hidden. -- Thigh Lift (Thighplasty) – Just as arms can collect fat and develop loose skin, so can legs. For this reason, a thigh lift (sometimes called a “thighplasty”) is often used to return the legs to their youthful slimness and tightness. Frequently included as part of an extended tummy tuck or in the regimen of plastic surgery procedures suggested after weight loss, the thigh lift works according to principles similar to other skin-tightening procedures. An incision is made in the skin of the thigh, the excess is pulled tight and removed, and the remaining skin is sewn back together and allowed to heal. -- Brazilian Butt Lift – With a Brazilian butt lift, you can expect a smoother, more voluptuous buttock contour that will last for years. The procedure can also be used to fill in “dents” caused by infections or trauma. A very high proportion of patients who undergo the liposuction and injection process at our Sugar Land practice have found the results very satisfactory, and none have reported lumps in the injected area. The procedure also carries much less risk of infection than butt implants do. Some minor swelling and mild muscle soreness are to be expected, but they should disappear within two to four weeks. A compression garment will also be worn for up to four weeks to help mold the shape of the butt and reduce swelling. -- Vaginal Rejuvenation (Labiaplasty) – Labiaplasty is a procedure designed to remove excess skin folds from the outside opening of the vagina which can often result from childbirth or just excess skin growth. This is a wonderful procedure for rejuvenating the labia area.
